Through our daily Rosary we express gratitude for everything we have today. We feel fortunate, especially considering that many don’t enjoy our privileged life.
With gratitude, it comes humility, which is the foundational virtue of the New Eve, the Virgin Mary.
But humility vanishes when you feel that that you deserve everything you receive.
Moreover, when we ponder our neighbors’ struggle, we feel merciful and compassionate. We suffer with them and we reflect upon our frailty.
