Friends of the Rosary:
November is the month dedicated to the Holy Souls in Purgatory.
These souls are holy because they belong to people who passed away in God’s grace and friendship and they are in the previous step to receive the crown of eternal glory and joy.
Now, these souls are in a purifying suffering stage before they achieve complete holiness.
The good news is that these souls will go to Heaven contrary to the souls of unrepentant sinners who will be punished with eternal damnation and the horrific fire of Hell.
On the month of November, we, the Church Militant, those on earth, striving to get to heaven, pray for the Church Suffering — those souls in Purgatory.
We also rejoice and honor the Church Triumphant — the saints, in heaven. And we ask for the Saints’ intercession for us.
