October 16, 2022, Holy Rosary (Glorious Mysteries)

Friends of the Rosary:

In today Sunday’s main reading (Lk 18:1-8), Jesus asked his disciples: “When the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on earth?”

Also, in today’s second reading (2 Tm 3:14-4:2), St Paul exhorted us to “remain faithful to what you have learned and believed,” as “the sacred Scriptures are capable of giving us wisdom for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus.”

The thirteenth apostle encouraged us “to be persistent whether it is convenient or inconvenient.”

Friends, we must be hopeful and patient, silently accepting all the suffering sent by the Heavens. In addition, until the second coming takes place, as we learn in the second Glorious mystery today, we should perform sacrifices in reparation for the sins and offenses committed against the immaculate heart of Mary.
