Friends of the Rosary:
In this month dedicated to Our Lady of Sorrows — yesterday we celebrated the feast day — we are invited to reflect and try to understand the pain and suffering of the Most Holy Virgin.
When a sword pierced the heart of the Immaculate, the thoughts of many were revealed to her, as the prophet Simeon said in Luke’s Gospel.
Mary, Mother of Sorrows, remained at the foot of the Cross. Today, she stands with us, the suffering children of Eve.
She asks us to often reflect on the Sorrowful Mysteries, so we understand that our pain of carrying the cross is our triumph over sins, the infernal enemy, the world, and the flesh.
Every given Cross is an opportunity to love and serve more deeply God and our neighbors. And Mary wants to enlighten us with this divine mystery.
Jesus, I Trust In You!
