The month of June is dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, one of the most popular devotions within Christianity.
The term “Sacred Heart of Jesus” denotes the entire mystery of Christ, the Word Incarnate: His infinite wisdom, the infinite divine love, and mercy.
In the apparitions to St. Margaret Mary Alacoque – the French seventeenth-century nun and mystic – Jesus said: “Through you, My divine Heart wishes to spread its love everywhere on earth.”
Jesus invites us to live in close communion with Him, modeling our lives on Him and his teaching.
Being devoted to the Sacred Heart of Jesus guarantees abundant grace and peace.
