How many gifts have we received from God? Life, talents, soul. Everyone has many talents. We are meant to grow them for our own food and the glory of God — which is the same!
Faithful are called to make good use of talents, as we learn in the reading yesterday (Luke 19:11-28).
Jesus likes that we take risks on investment as a model for our spiritual life. God is pure love. He exists in gift form. If we want to succeed we should give ourselves away.
This way we will multiply our spiritual richness on earth, being prepared for eternal life!
