Friends of the Rosary:
“Many are invited, but few are chosen,” told us Christ Jesus — as the Gospel of Matthew narrated in last Sunday’s reading (Mt 22:1-14).
This means that we all, baptized and non-baptized, believers and worldly people, are invited to live up to the glory of God.
The Sacred Heart of Jesus full of merciful and forgiving loves reaches everyone. Even the unrighteous are preferred by Christ.
That’s how his unfathomable divine mercy works. St. Faustina Marie Kowalska explained it in her powerful diary.
But mind you, if we continue rejecting His mercy, we will face His justice, and we might face then eternal damnation, the unbearable flames of hell.
It’s not a threat. It’s a consequence of our disobedience and rejection of grace.
In Sunday’s reading, Our Lord said: “Bind his hands and feet, and cast him into the darkness outside, where there will be wailing and grinding of teeth.”
Ave Maria!
