With His death, the Son of God destroyed our death. With His Resurrection, Christ restores our life. Easter means sin destroyed, death overcome, and everlasting divine life for mankind.
Our body will be resurrected in a gloried way so we enjoy the promised immortality. With this certitude, hope and joy should be our hallmarks.
Easter is about the joy of the Resurrection.
It’s also a fulfillment of the promise that Christ will come again with glory to take us with Him into the Kingdom of Heaven.
