Friends of the Rosary:
Fear can be a dangerous feeling for our faith. It can easily push us into sin. The mysterious force of evil tries to multiply our fears.
St. Paul explained very well in yesterday’s reading (Heb 2:14-18) that Jesus destroyed through his own crucifixion the Devil who has the power of death. Our Lord freed those who through fear of death had been subject to slavery all their life.
“Because he himself was tested through what he suffered, he is able to help those who are being tested,” wrote St. Paul.
Also, let’s remember what Jesus said: “Fear not, little flock, for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom” (Lk 12:32).
Jesus, I Trust In You!
