When we pray the Rosary we walk with Jesus and Mary across episodes of their lives, learning about the virtues associated.
The 53 Hail Marys of the Rosary help us enter into contemplation of the mysteries. Through the Blessed Mother’s eyes, mind and heart we look at Jesus’ face. Pope St. John Paul II said that “the Rosary mystically transports us to Mary’s side.”
Pondering and living the mysteries of the Rosary are key to our holiness. To fully enter into these mysteries we need to persevere and be patient.
