Friends of the Rosary,
In our weakness, sickness, and sin, we can feel like the leper of the Gospel healed by Jesus (MT 8:1-4). Essentially, we feel not worthy or deserving of God’s love.
One of the biggest lies ever told by darkness is precisely this: that God doesn’t love us because of our sins.
The Sacred Heart of Jesus prefers the most sinners. That’s how Divine Mercy operates.
The leper who came to Jesus and worshiped Him was an outsider, a despised figure — yet he came to Jesus.
“Lord, if you wish, you can make me clean.”
He stretched out his hand, touched him, and said,
“I will do it. Be made clean.”
His leprosy was cleansed immediately.
