Friends of the Rosary:

Scholars, intellectuals, and religious leaders often reflect and talk about God. History, philosophy, and arts have spent centuries dissecting God. However, after much reflection and conflict, mankind doesn’t understand the Divinity. It might be that our pride and material interests cloud our judgment.

Jesus Christ is the icon of God. Jesus’ words are the Father’s words and His deeds are the Father’s deeds—as we read in the Scriptures this Thursday. Twenty centuries ago, our Savior revealed this to the Jews (Jn 5:31-47), but they didn’t believe it.

Like then, today Jesus and his faithful followers continue testifying the truth. Only a few accept it and behave accordingly.

The vast majority continues playing games or worse, offending the Creator, as the Virgin Mary reminds it to us through her supernatural apparitions. We need to react once and forever. That’s what Lent is about: repentance and conversion into the truth.

Ave Maria!
