Through our daily Rosary, we express gratitude for everything we have. We feel fortunate, especially considering that many people don’t enjoy our privileged life.
With gratitude comes humility, which is the foundational virtue of the New Eve, the Virgin Mary. In addition, when we ponder our neighbors’ struggles, we feel merciful and compassionate.
However, humility and mercy vanish when we feel that we deserve everything we receive.
Let’s reflect upon our frailty and be grateful. Jesus Christ came to save us!
