Friends of the Rosary:
In today’s Sunday main reading (Matthew 9:36—10:8), we see how “Jesus’ heart was moved with pity for the crowd because they were troubled and abandoned, like sheep without a shepherd.”
Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is abundant but the laborers are few; so ask the master of the harvest to send out laborers for his harvest.”
Jesus sent out his twelve apostles instructing them to proclaim that “The kingdom of heaven is at hand.”
As the Catechism of the Catholic Church states, the Church is apostolic, through the successors of St. Peter and the other apostles, “to spread the Kingdom of Christ over all the earth.”
“The Christian vocation is, of its nature, a vocation to the apostolate.”
To Jesus through Mary!
Ave Maria!
Jesus, I Trust In You!
