Today is Tuesday in the Octave of Easter, a period of eight days starting from Easter Sunday and ending on the Sunday of the Divine Mercy.
During this time, the faithful celebrate the Resurrection and everlasting life and reflect on its significance for our faith.
Each day of the Octave is considered by the Church a solemnity. We rejoice in the victory of Christ over sin and death and we renew our commitment to follow the Son of God as His humble disciples.
