Friends of the Rosary:

We rejoice today by celebrating the Solemnity of the Nativity of the Lord, the Birth of Jesus Christ, and the First Day in the Octave of Christmas.

Christmas time begins on December 24 with the first Vespers of the feast and ends on the feast of the Baptism of Christ, January 7th.

On a day like this two thousand years ago, the Eternal Word was made flesh and dwelt among. For us and our salvation, the Messiah descended upon earth. The longings of the patriarchs and prophets were finally fulfilled.

The Solemnity Day of Christmas is a feast full of joy. The Son of God became man to bring the light into our sinful world covered with darkness since our forefathers decided to separate themselves from the Divinity. He gave us a share in his divine life.

Today, with the shepherds we hurry to the manger and adore the Incarnate Son of God.

Ave Maria!
Jesus, I Trust In You!

To Jesus through Mary!
