How would be our life without the Divinity and His Will?
It wouldn’t be life.
Or, as St. Padre Pio said, “It would be easier for the Earth to exist without the sun than without the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass.”
We take the gift of life as children of God for granted. That’s a huge existential mistake. Each soul has been uniquely and preciously created for the glory of God, which is our own glory.
The Heavens provide us with three theological virtues — faith, hope, and love — so we are able to participate in the Glorious Mysteries of Jesus and Mary that we pray today.
