Jesus said to his disciples (Lk 12:39-48):
“Much will be required of the person entrusted with much, and still more will be demanded of the person entrusted with more.”
God has given each of us unique talents, resources, and opportunities in life. And with the blessings and gifts that God has entrusted to us, come great responsibility.
We are obliged to use these blessings wisely and for the greater good.
The passage of the Gospel teaches us that those who have been given much, whether it be wealth, knowledge, influence, or any other form of abundance, are expected to use these gifts in a way that honors God and benefits others.
We are called to be good stewards of what we have been given, recognizing that everything ultimately belongs to God.
