At the beginning of every Rosary, we ask for the increase of the three theological virtues: faith, hope, and charity. It’s critical to understand that these virtues are given to us by God. They are three amazing gifts that we receive during our earthly dwelling. It’s our duty to recognize and increase them.
These virtues reflect the infinite love of God, which is radically different from human love, full of imperfection and ugliness. Faith is the key component of our troubling lives.
Today, when we pray the Joyful mysteries, we set our sight on our role model for reaching Jesus Christ: the Virgin Mary, all perfection, all humility, and all faith.
