October 3, 2022, Holy Rosary (Joyful Mysteries)

Friends of the Rosary:

We pray the Joyful Mysteries of Holy Rosary from the city of San José, California, in the heart of Silicon Valley.

October is the month dedicated to the Holy Rosary. In 1206, the Most Holy Virgin Mary appeared to the Spanish priest — and later, founder of the Dominican Order — St. Dominic of Guzman.

Throughout history, we see many triumphs of the Rosary, such as the defeat of the Muslim Turks in Lepanto, Greece, on the first Sunday of October 1571 — that we will celebrate this Friday, October the 7th.
