Friends of the Rosary:

Today, on the Second Sunday of Advent, we read about the preaching of John the Baptist on the desert of Judea (Mt 3:1-12) His main message: “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand!”

Many followed his request and were baptized by him in the Jordan River as they acknowledged their sins.

Others refuse to follow the truth. To them, the warning was clear: “Every tree that does not bear good fruit will be cut down and thrown into the fire.”

The love of God is infinite and unconditional. And Jesus chose us first. However, we need to take his invitation to eternal glory and joy very seriously. Because either we are with Christ or against Him. And rejecting the Author of Life is the worse imaginable pathway we can take, as it leads to everlasting torment.

We pray today’s Rosary in Madrid, Spain.

Ave Maria!
Jesus, I Trust In You!
