British writer and Catholic philosopher, G.K. Chesterton said: “Thanks are the highest form of thought and gratitude is happiness doubled by wonder.”
Gratitude is giving God thanks and praising Him for His goodness and for His greatest gift: the gift of himself and his Son in his self-giving death for us and his resurrected life.
Gratitude is a virtue worthy of cultivation. And it gets sustained by divine grace.
