Friends of the Rosary:
Jesus Christ’s prayer to His Father included one request that should be the foundational rock of human aspiration: to be perfect in love.
As we read today (John 17:20-26 ), Jesus asked that mankind be united and brought to perfection in imitation of the relationship between the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
The Resurrection shows that divine love is much more powerful than any other dark force in the world, including fear, violence, cruelty, and pride.
The first resurrected man Jesus Christ, the new Adam, defeated sin and death and opened an amazing, unexpected chapter in history, full of hope. The new Eve, the Virgin Mary, all-humility, would teach us how the perfect disciple should be.
Let’s be open to the Holy Spirit to better understand the glory of God.
Jesus, I Trust In You!
