Friends of the Rosary, today, the coronavirus death toll in the United States passed 50,000, after 3,000 people died on Thursday. In addition, 26 million are jobless. The last six weeks of the pandemic have been dramatic.
Like Jesus in His Passion, though in a much smaller way, we face pain, stress, and difficult decisions in our daily lives. As we face these trials, we can face them with Jesus.
Jesus understands what it means to suffer. Our Savior, along with his Beloved Mother, will give us the strength to endure and overcome the suffering.
In the Sorrowful Mysteries that we pray today, we see how Jesus died for us. We must take our Cross, even rejoicing, and follow our Lord. This is the only way.
Let’s hold our Rosary.
